BTW it is so thoughtful for you to dedicate a blog to your friend! So our leather couches arrived yesterday. I couldn't convince my husband to get the linen couches :( I've gotten several ideas from your blog and Im hopeful to add character and a little of my personality to the mix. I have an accent chair that looks cute. Oh, and I did convince my better half to buy a chandelier. Although, we have yet to figure out what room it will be in (hopefully the kitchen). Your blogs have been so helpful in the process. I need to hire you as my personal interior decorator. =)Glorianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7231258759319140293.post-82178989391624560572011-03-28T13:02:53.298-07:002011-03-28T13:02:53.298-07:00I agree with your thoughts and you came across jus...I agree with your thoughts and you came across just right, btw. :) I do think leather can be done right - it's just, well, trickier. A couple of the shots showed the leather with some textured pillows - I think that is good. The other thing, if the couch is new and all shiny, would be to add an older rug or something to take the edge off...just my two cents! What a great idea on the camera bag too! I am going to remember that one when I get serious again about photography!<br />http://bjdhausdesign.blogspot.com/Barbara@HausDesignhttp://bjdhausdesign.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.com
