Party Hat for the Birthday Girl!

The weekend came and went...real fast. And we scrambled to make my little nieces' 1st birthday as special as possible. My sister wanted a cute birthday hat for Nikki, so of course I went to my go-to party blog Oh Happy Day and whipped up a cute little hat. It was so easy to make. AND she kept it on long enough to snap pictures...yay!

I also made that number ONE at the very last minute, literally the night before like at 1 in the A.M.!! So I made sure it came out in every photo.

Yay! for the long weekend !!

So happy this weekend is finally here. It's my little niece's 1st birthday and I can't believe how time just flew. It's bitter sweet to watch her grow up so fast.

Starting off the right way...by relaxing with a good cup of coffee and a magazine. Forcing myself to just take a breather before I start my weekend.

Just have to share these sweet photos I took a few days ago of my sweet sweet girl. The next time I take photos of her, she will be ONE :-(

Happy Weekend!

Hello Lovers!!! It's finally the weekend and I couldn't be happier. ALL week I prepped for my little God-daughter's birthday party making frills, frills, and more frills. Tissue paper is coming out of my eyeballs at this point. I'm excited for the weekend, but can't wait for it to finally be over. Have a fabulous 2-day.

I have to admit, I am quite obsessed with Anine Bing and her beautiful designs. We're talking down-to-earth-bohemian-rocker-girly-biker threads. And the boots!! Oh, the boots. I'm thinking of getting the studded boots. Can't stop thinking about them. And now with her new studio opening soon in Downtown L.A., I can't wait to be able to go in and try them on (I am much more of a shop-in-person kind of gal.)
