I have tried to convince friends when decorating to divide their spaces with curtains and they stare at me like I am crazy...like saying "what's the point of that?" I love the flowiness of curtains and the kinda whimsical look curtains give a space. They create coziness and well privacy too in the case of like a loft. I also love the look of curtains in a long hallway..beautiful. So, here is what you are missing out on my dear friends.

ReplyDeleteThese images prove your point beautifully! My favorite is the one that shows the green curtain hiding the beautiful library behind it - gorgeous! Just found your blog and I love it. I will be following along! Please check out mine if you want: http://bjdhausdesign.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteWe must be kindred spirits!! I just cracked up when I saw this post! I'm also dying to try this idea...just haven't been able to figure out how to do it without my husband getting all tangled up when moving through. Burlap with a linen ruffle edge was my latest thought. :) Love your blog!
